Vascular has great action in peripheral vascular insufficiency as it:
1-Increases RBC's deformability
2-Decreases blood viscosity
3-Prevents vasospasms
4-Develops collateral circulation

For that Vascular tablets are used in:
Acute Ischemia
Chronic ischemia
Vasospatic disorders (Reynaud's disease and phenomena, Buerger's disease)
Uterine hypermotilitry (Dysmenorrhea and premature labour)
Diabetic Vascular disorders
