Adults:Glycerin.......1.40 gm
Infantile:Glycerin.....0.70 gm

Properties:
Glycerol Suppositories acts rapidly on the colon 15 - 30 minutes causing local irritation and hyper osmotic action leading to evacuation of the bowel contents .

Indications:
► For constipation
► Prophylactic in patients who should not strain during defecation

Dosage:
One suppository when necessary.
